Just finished my first visit at Wellnest. Amazing! I’ve done float therapy before but this is dry float therapy. So I didn’t need a bathing suit, you can do it in your clothes and you literally feel like you’re floating on water.
I love that it’s 24 hours as well, absolutely gorgeous space, super clean, and very relaxing.
I’ll be back!

Wellnest is a wonderful luxury flotation spa therapy. My wife treated me here for my birthday and the best part about it. We didn’t have to takeoff our clothing. Only our shoes. The ambience and cleanliness was perfect and on point. What a relaxing day and nice treat for me, I would recommend this establishment to all of my family and friends. The beautiful modern contemporary design and the fresh smell of aromas is amazing and I will definitely come again. Very easy to access and parking
was available. Thank you Wellnest!

I had my first float therapy experience here, and it was absolutely amazing! As someone in nursing school, finding time for self-care is crucial, and this was the perfect way to unwind. The place is so pretty, which adds to the relaxing vibes. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and tranquility. The float room was very clean and up to par, which is important for a comfortable experience.

JUST WOW! Anthony, the owner is amazing. You can tell that he wants the customers to have the best experience possible. As soon as you get out of the elevator, you can feel all the good energy! It is an absolutely beautiful place. Each float room has its own lock which provided the piece of mind that our private space would remain private – allowing you to fully drop in! The music is at the perfect level and the water temperature is perfect aswell. It’s a luxury place at an affordable price. Try it once and you will be back. I’ve been to a few floating places and none have compared to this.

Joe Rogan, UFC personality, comedian, and podcaster extraordinaire has been one of the most vocal advocates of floating. Much credit can be given to him for the rise in popularity. In Joe’s words, “Your body gives you amazing energy. The tension release you have in your body from a couple of hours in the tank is incredible. You feel lighter. You feel like more oxygen is in your body. You feel more vibrant. And it’s because somehow you have calmed the tension.”

It’s pitch black in there…You shut the door. Music is playing low. (Played) some John Mayer radio to chill out. You really just float. It feels really weird at first. It’s good for your body. When you get up, it’s crazy. Your body is such dead weight

Recently, I tried a float tank, which sounded insane to me, but I actually loved it. I go on meditation retreats and it’s great for me, but to find time on a daily basis to do it when you live in a busy city, with the phone ringing and your cat trying to crawl all over you, isn’t always the easiest. The float tank provided a specific place for meditation, which I think is really helpful.

The whole idea of the floating is to see what happens to consciousness when you take away or eliminate the input into your senses, so you’re in a box floating therefore, you’re very buoyant. And what does the mind do? It’s so active, and it’s constantly projecting, like a movie screen.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is dry floatation therapy?
Dry floatation therapy allows you to experience the sensation of weightlessness without getting wet. You lie on a special floatation bed that simulates the experience of floating in water, providing deep relaxation and stress relief.
How does floatation therapy work?
During a session, you lie on a dry floatation bed that uses air technology to create a supportive, buoyant surface. This setup allows you to relax deeply while enjoying the benefits of sensory isolation, such as reduced stress and enhanced mental clarity.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your goals and any health considerations. You’ll then be guided to your private floatation room, where you can relax and enjoy your experience. Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes.
How often should I float?
The frequency of your float sessions depends on your personal goals. Some clients find weekly sessions beneficial, while others float more or less frequently based on their needs.
Is floatation therapy safe?
Yes, floatation therapy is safe for most individuals. However, if you have specific health concerns or conditions (such as epilepsy, severe skin conditions, or pregnancy), please consult with your healthcare provider before your session.
